Why We Exist

There are around 20,000 agencies in Austria alone. We knew that world from the inside, as employees: good ideas starving in feedback loops. Proposals nobody understands. Technology nobody cares about once the site is live.

In 2022, the four of us founded Digit-One. Not to be agency number 20,001, but to prove a point: it can be done differently

The four founders became a team full of characters. The standard became a model: end-to-end responsibility, from strategy through implementation to operations. And because values only matter when they cost you something, we sometimes say no: to projects that don't fit us, and to requirements that don't serve your goal.

What we are currently working on and thinking about is in our insights.

Agency work can be a professional service like any other, transparently priced, honestly communicated and technically clean without compromise.
