# Career ## Careers at Digit-One Does this sound like the right fit for you, and are you ready to take off with us in the digital world? We look forward to hearing from you! ## Looking for a **new challenge**? ## Working on a basis of trust Ready for something new? So are we, every day. This is about more than a job: responsibility here is not a restriction, it’s an invitation. You decide how much you want to take on, and you get the trust to do it your way. That comes with working as equals: regular training, feedback in both directions and colleagues who help you before you have to ask. What we don’t have: politics, elbows, and meetings that could have been an email. Sounds like self-description poetry? Fair. So: read what employees say on kununu, or just ask the person at the next desk during your trial day.
