Strategy & Concept, Commerce Solution Design

**Klaus** starts exactly where value is created: in **strategy**, in critical transactions, and in the **functional design of complex commerce **solutions. He doesn’t think in terms of tickets or tasks, but in terms of **business models, customer needs, and scalable processes.**

He precisely translates market requirements and customer goals into viable concepts and clear functional guidelines for implementation. **Doing the right things.**

In doing so, Klaus is not only a link but also a catalyst: he combines **business**, **technology**, and **implementation** into a consistent overall picture with the clear goal of creating sustainable added value for customers and projects.

## Useing common sense to **add value to every **every project
