## Between stand-up and match point: **who we are when nobody's watching**

There's the one who disappears into the code tunnel and comes back with solutions nobody ever needs to touch again. The one who translates between design and development until both sides mean the same thing. The one who keeps the servers as calm as the nerves in a project. The one who wrote code before anyone taught him. And the one who hid a game somewhere on this website.

Characters don't build projects. But they make the difference when a project wobbles, a deadline looms or an idea deserves more than duty by the book. That's why the profiles hold no buzzword biographies, just real people with conviction, humor and one shared standard: work we stand behind.

The rest is hard to put into words. Somewhere between a table tennis match point, volleyball on summer Fridays and two dogs enriching every daily, you'll notice it yourself: come over for a coffee.
