## Why We Exist

There are around 20,000 agencies in Austria alone. We knew that world from the inside, as employees: good ideas starving in feedback loops. Proposals nobody understands. Technology nobody cares about once the site is live.

In 2022, the four of us founded Digit-One. **Not to be agency number 20,001, but to prove a point: it can be done differently**

The four founders became a team full of characters. The standard became a model: end-to-end responsibility, from strategy through implementation to operations. And because values only matter when they cost you something, we sometimes say no: to projects that don't fit us, and to requirements that don't serve your goal.

## How can I start a project with Digit-One?

You can start a project with Digit-One very easily. Contact us via the contact form on our website or directly by email/phone. We will then arrange a free consultation to discuss your goals, wishes, and requirements. After that, we will work with you to create a customized project plan so that your web project can be implemented efficiently and professionally.

### What services does Digit-One offer?

Digit-One is a digital agency with two clear focus areas: **e-commerce with Shopify and Shopify Plus**, and **websites and platforms** built on modern CMS like Sanity and Storyblok, up to full Digital Experience Platforms (DXP). On top of that, we develop custom web applications and automations that take pressure off internal processes. Concept, UI/UX design and development come from one team, we write the code ourselves, and after go-live we stay on board for operations and further development. Deliberately not in our portfolio: classic performance marketing. For that, we recommend specialized partners.

### How can I receive a quote for my project request?

### Does Digit-One also work with other agencies?

Yes, and gladly. For agencies without their own development team, we handle the technical implementation, either as a visible partner or fully white-label under your flag.
